I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!  I know we did.  Good times with family and lots of food.  We hosted this year – for the first time.  My grandparents, mom and stepdad came up along with Todds sister.  It was really nice seeing everyone – and showing off our house!

Todd and I both love to cook.  Todd does more of it – we both have this curse that we prefer to do certain things ourselves because we know it will be done correctly that way.  Thats the way he feels about cooking certain things.  I decided to share a shot of our homemade cranberry sauce with you.  (Yep, he made it!)  It is really simple to make and tastes and looks so much better than the canned stuff!

A and D enjoy playing board games together in their free time – and what better game to represent their relationship than the game of Life?  These two met in high school (just like us!) and have had plenty of time to discuss and plan for the milestones laid out for them in this game.  One thing they can check off?  Getting Engaged!

We spent the afternoon walking around their college campus (UA!) with them and capturing moments in their favorite spots.

These two aren’t engaged – but I can’t wait until they (hopefully) are!  Just because he hasn’t put a ring on it doesn’t mean they aren’t in lurrrrve.  These two are a blast – full of fun and humor.  But what else would you expect from such a fiery red head and any man who could handle her?

P.S.  I managed to get my foot caught in a hole while shooting these two and straight busted!  I almost fell in the fish/duck pond – camera and all!

I LOVE the wooden cake toppers J found on Etsys site!  They even have their pets!
